The aim is to identify the energy needs of the building (buildings that have construction license), as well as all needed interventions that will lead to the maximization of the energy savings.
The eligible interventions concern:
Saving at Home
- Installing heat insulation in the building envelope, including the lofts/ roof and the garage.
- Replacement of door and window frames and fitting shading systems.
- Upgrading the heating system and hot water supply for use.
For the implementation of the interventions is not required licensing or approval of small-scale construction operations except highly particular cases.
