The study of Energy Efficiency, constitutes an additional compulsory study, and replaces the thermal insulation study for each building (new or existing which is renovated). It is not necessary for the dossier completeness check, but the minimum requirements laid down should be taken from the beginning into account in the architectural design of the building.
The relevant documentation will be considered substantially only after the submission of the Energy Performance of Building Project, considered in its entirety by the competent officials of the Urban Planning Service in order to issue the construction license.
The visa of the Energy Efficiency Project is mainly related to control architectural and electromechanical elements and countersigned by the relevant audit official’s architectural and electromechanical installations.
